So in order to avoid last minute stresses and panics, just start planning your homecoming beauty regime several weeks ahead of the dance! 

Before your homecoming party, introduce more water, vegetables and fruits into your diet. A healthy diet is reflected in hair and skin, which will pay off a few weeks to your party. Drink enough water every day to improve the brightness and clarity of your skin. 

Select a homecoming dress to complement your figure and shape. If you have great upper arms, a strapless or one-shouldered gown will highlight your best bits. For those with great legs, draw attention to these with a cocktail or fitted number. Emphasize a small middle with a cinched-in waist and flared skirt. Do not blindly follow fashion but select a gown that suits your individuality.

Choose accessories to match your gown. Drop earrings, bangles, or a statement cocktail ring can really bring a plain gown to life. Select heels to match your dress. If they are new or particularly high, practice walking around the house to get used to them and break them in.
